A full body rear three quarter view in a clean doctor's office with white walls, a monitor, and a sink visible in the background, the camera positioned behind and slightly to the side, both the nurse and the patient fully visible in frame. The patient has a pained suffering facial expression with her eyes wide open, brows furrowed, and mouth slightly open in discomfort, her face turned slightly toward the viewer. The nurse has an evil grin facial expression showing some teeth, her head turned away from the viewer looking toward the patient's raised buttocks. The patient is a young blonde woman with her long blonde hair pulled back into two high pigtails tied with black scrunchies, the pigtails hanging down toward the table, wearing a light blue hospital gown that is mostly undone and twisted up around her torso and hips, open at the sides. The patient is kneeling on all fours on the padded medical examination table with her knees pressing into the table surface, her bare feet visible behind her knees, her hands flat on the table in front of her, her torso bent forward and downward with her head lowered toward the table and her buttocks raised high in the air, her bare back and the side profile of her face all visible to the viewer. The nurse is a woman with straight brunette hair in a ponytail, freckles across her nose and round cheeks, wearing teal scrubs with a low cut neckline that exposes her cleavage and her midriff visible between the top and bottom, standing at the foot of the table near the viewer. Her anatomical right hand — the hand on the left of the frame — is lifting the bottom edge of the patient's hospital gown high up over the patient's hips to fully expose the patient's bare buttocks, her tight and constricted anus, and her innie pussy to the viewer. Her anatomical left hand — the hand on the right of the frame — holds an old fashioned glass thermometer with its metal probe aligned with and pointing directly at the patient's anus as if about to be inserted. The scene is lit by cool fluorescent overhead lighting mixed with soft natural light from a window, creating a clinical but slightly tense atmosphere.
