A shot through a half-open bedroom door frames a woman tiptoeing down a dark hallway with a whole chocolate cake held out in front of her, caught mid-step on one leg. She has a long blonde braid over one shoulder and wide brown eyes, with a bit of frosting on her upper lip. She wears an oversized flannel pajama set printed with small yellow moons, thick gray wool socks, and a sleep mask pushed up onto her forehead. The wooden doorframe fills the left side of the image, and a sliver of warm light from the kitchen at the end of the hall falls across the floor. A framed family photo hangs on the wall, giving the sneaky scene a sweet, funny feeling.
