A wide eye-level shot shows a woman with a long blonde side braid and blue eyes sitting cross-legged on a kitchen counter, eating cereal straight from a huge mixing bowl with a ladle, with milk dripping down her chin. She wears an oversized faded gray t-shirt with a cartoon toast graphic, red and navy plaid pajama pants, and thick round glasses sliding down her nose. Open cabinets, a stack of unwashed plates, and a calendar with a doodled smiley face fill the small apartment kitchen behind her. Cool early morning light from the window above the sink falls on her messy hair and the open cereal box beside her knee, giving the scene a sleepy, silly mood.
