16. A kitsune woman sits on the wide stone steps of a mountain shrine with her legs crossed, holding a lit paper lantern in both hands. She has long chestnut hair in a half-up style with a red ribbon, pointed brown fox ears, golden eyes, and a fluffy brown tail curled around her feet. She wears a white short-sleeved blouse tucked into a long red hakama skirt, a black haori draped over her shoulders, and brown leather sandals with white socks. Tall cedar trees and stone lanterns line the path behind her in soft blue dusk. The lantern light glows warm orange on her hands and face, and mist hangs low over the steps.
