Narrow pose helper for a thigh-hold full nelson. Arms under the thighs, legs folded up, him behind. Not a neck-clasp LoRA. Not All-in-One.
Images were picked by hand, censored areas were cleaned, and captions were checked so the hold could be learned without locking one face or outfit. You can change the girl, clothes, and scene and keep the Milk Factory look.
